Dianne DeDecker is the best. She was very patient with us (we were looking for a unicorn), and was helpful all through the process. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling. It was a very good experience working with her.

I had a previous real estate person that worked with me for 6 months and couldn't even get us an offer, only a couple of showings. I moved to Dianne DeDecker after seeing her name in the Dave Ramsey recommended real estate professionals list. Dianne got to work right away and started showing the home to multiple people and got us an offer quickly from a family in a different State. She handled the situation like a champ. I was over 800 miles away in Georgia and only had to make one additional trip back to the home to do the final clean out before the closing. She coordinated with the closing attorneys so I could still be remote and not have to attend the closing. She helped coordinate and follow up with some contractors that needed to do some minor repairs. She was ready to jump in and handle anything that was needed. My only sad point is that I will never be able to use Dianne again as a Realtor since I am in Georgia and she is in Illinois. I highly recommend her professionalism. You will have a real professional if you work with Dianne.
