Chu and Dianna are the best, point blank period. We originally came across the Chu by coincidence after checking out a rental property and it was fate that we did. Chu and Dianna made the process of finding a home easy and unpressured. They were patient with us with every house that we came across- listening to what we needed and making suggestions for other homes that we would like after viewing homes.
Chu did not hesitate to offer to drive us from home to home and to even drive back to homes that we have seen to go over them again. Both Chu and Dianna were available at all times, they would make sure to show us the homes we were interested in whenever we would send homes their way. Chu is knowledgeable about the history and the architectural styles of the homes that we viewed and would explain in detail why a house may have a bedroom in a particular area or a certain living room style.
Chu and Dianna also made the housing experience feel good and they treated each home fairly telling us the good, the bad news, and the things that were unique about the home. We appreciated the honesty about every home and its features, and they never insisted or tried to push us to overlook aspects of a home just to get a purchase. of the home to get a buy.

We used Dianna's services to rent a condo in Fairlington. As we live abroad it required a lot more work from the agent. Dianna was the perfect person for us from her availability over the phone at any time (with a 6 hour time difference) to recommending a excellent contractor for repairs, forewording applications and lease rapidly and greeting our new tenant for us.
