We spoke with Carol Cavanaugh by phone and she suggested we might consider Peggy Shanklin when choosing our Realtor. We did make that choice and were absolutely satisfied. Peggy worked with us through several offers, including one we had to withdraw because of inspection issues. Buying remotely, we were a challenge, but Peggy was up to the task, walking us through one home after another using Facetime. She was always conscious that our choice of homes was both for ourselves and two service dogs that are constantly with us.
