Diane Barry and Caitlyn Cleary of the Diane Barry team have been working with my wife and me for over 5 years through our journey of selling our primary home, renting, and finally buying our epic new river-front home in CT. The attention to detail and the personal interest in realizing our dream has been incredible. We had all but given up when we got a call from Diane on a pocket listing that checked all the boxes. After a smooth negotiation things got interesting but Diane and Caitlyn were there every step of the way helping us navigate the details. It was like having family members that are in the real estate business working with you. Simply excellent. Scott & Laura

We can’t say enough positive things about working with Caitlyn and Diane! From the very beginning, they poured their time and energy into marketing our home in a way that truly showcased its best features. They were attentive, accessible, and always ready to answer our questions—providing clear guidance every step of the way to help us prepare our home for a successful sale. What really stood out was their commitment not only during the process, but even after the sale. They stayed in touch to help tie up loose ends, offered thoughtful suggestions, and jumped in without hesitation when any snags came up. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. We are so grateful to have had Caitlyn and Diane by our side throughout this journey!

Diane and Caitlyn were an absolute pleasure to get to know and to work with. My brother and I live out of state and, thanks to the team, selling our father's home was truly effortless. They are professional, have a wealth of resources available to help with anything and everything, and are willing to go above and beyond to support their client's needs. If you need a realtor you can trust to meet your expectations, look no further.

Excellent communication, timeliness, and professionalism. They made our move from Memphis to the Hartford area as seamless as it could be and provided top notch advice and insight along the way.

Diane Barry and Caitlyn Cleary are absolutely brilliant to work with. This is my second home sale using this team and they are always so kind, courteous, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful and supportive. I truly would not use anyone else. WPS is lucky to have them! And I am lucky to call them my friends!!

Diane and Caitlyn are truly the professionals. They know the market well and help the clients with valuable advises. They are excellent communicators and get things done effectively and efficiently. I enjoyed very much working with them and had great experience with them when I bought and sold my house.

Diane Barry and her daughter were an exceptional team. Because of their expertise the house sold in 3 days with many offers over the listed price. I am also extremely grateful to them for all of the advice they shared with me. My aunts home is in CT, and I am in NJ, which made things a little complicated, But their advice ranging from house clean out options, people who could fix smaller issues in the house quickly and with high quality, and many other questions answered made the process so easy. Every person recommended exceeded my expectations. It was a great pleasure to work with them, and i strongly recommend using Diane if you need a real estate agent. I can't say enough good things about her.

This is a first-rate organization treating clients with respect and dignity and information so essential to a real estate transaction. My recent dealing in selling my home was treated with patience, kindness and extreme professionalism, relieving me of anxiety and concern. It is with the final result, I recommend The Diane Barry Team to anyone considering a change in real estate.

The service and execution by Diane and Caitlyn were extraordinary. They explained everything and were extremely responsive. Their pricing was spot-on and we actually received over-asking on the sale of our house. Very satisfied.
