My family and I were moving to Ga from Fla, my mortgage company gave me a list of Realtors and Diana was the 1st to contact me. We hit it off right away, I explained my needs and told her that I would be up in Ga for 4 days with my husband and we were really hoping to find our home.... She said no problem I will clear my schedule and give you all my time. She stared emailing lists of homes to look at and I sent her ones that I thought we wanted to see... We went over School districts ....because we were new to Ga we really had no Idea where we wanted to be and for the 1st 3 days we really had her all over the place and she never made me feel bad and I was getting discouraged she was right there to tell me not to worry we would find the right house. We had already looked at about 30 houses and we weren't finding what was right for us. We had one last house in Loganville to look at and I had told Diana that if this was the one that she and my Husband would have to keep looking and she said no problem she knew what I was looking for ..... As we showed up at the last showing and from the time we walked in the front door we knew it was the house for us. Diana got everything ready for our offer to the sellers. She kept my informed even after they accepted our offer and we had our 10 days of Due Diligence I would call her and say there is another house I want you to take my husband to look at just to be sure we were getting the right house...Every time she did it with a smile. Everyday she would call or text me helping me through any questions I had. I don't think you will find another Realtor that will not only but in the time needed to find you a house of your dreams but to do with a kind loving heart....Sincerely Melissa
