Diana was very thorough and knowledgeable. We did not know the Haddonfield area well, and so sheadvised us on the neighborhoods that were good for us and others that may not work. She also keptrecommending houses that she thought were right for us, and she was always right. We didn't pull the trigger because we just weren't ready and sometimes the houses were too expensive. But then shefound a house that was perfect for us, and even though it was about a year ahead of schedule, we hadto move on it because it was perfect. She gave us sound advice during the negotiation process, whichallowed us to get great terms: a price $30,000 below the appraised value, and an extended closingperiod that allowed us to find a buyer for our house and close both sales on the same day. Diana wasalso on top of the home inspection process, and gave us sound advice on what to negotiate on and whatto pass on. Her responsiveness was always immediate.

My husband and I are in the process of leaving the city and moving out to the suburbs, and we knewwe had a very long and unreasonable wishlist for our growing family's home. We were initially looking inHaddonfield, but then decided to peek around in Moorestown and other nearby towns. As we were notreally familiar with the areas, Diana would always include a general tour with tips about whichneighborhoods might suit our specific needs best (schools, walkability, etc). We really appreciated hertime and willingness to do this- it was extremely helpful and accommodating. Diana was always eager to look at all sorts of properties, as we were all over the place in terms of what we thought we wanted(new construction! fixer-uppers!). She was constantly flexible in every way - working around ourschedules, contacting other agents for impromptu showings, and willing to endure long days looking atmultiple houses, without batting an eye. Her observations on the properties were always thoughtful,honest and insightful. Honestly, I never found previous realtors to be nearly as helpful. Nor as pleasantto spend an entire day with... And we NEVER felt like she was trying to make a sale. In the end, when wedecided to buy a fixer-upper, she was very helpful with things like the inspector, contractors, etc. Andthen, even after we closed on the house, she STILL helped us with things like electricians, tree removalcompany recommendations, etc. Basically, we always felt like she went above and beyond to help in anyway she could. We were so thrilled with her- she is now helping my parents find a home in South Jerseyas well!

When we made the decision to downsize, we had the pleasure to work with Diana both with selling ourlong time home in Haddonfield and buying our new forever home in Collingswood. Diana is a joy to workwith! She proactively managed all the details - and helped us through any hiccups along the way. Thankyou Diana!
