Investing in a Florida vacation home has been a dream for many years, and we were finally able to pull the trigger last summer with the help of Diana. I decided to make things happen finally by planning a long weekend trip and selecting 5 properties to view, simply contacting Diana as she was the listing agent for my favorite home. So happy I made that call as I would give her a score of over 100%, or eternal stars for her caring performance and getting us over the finish line. First of all the woman always answers her phone! That is so impressive in today's world! I really don't remember needing to leave her a message, and if so she's a rapid response kinda gal. I also found her personality to be one of great caring and concern for her client and would recommend her to anyone seeking to do this. We met on a Saturday morning and she drove me to our list of properties. Everything was well organized and she came prepared with research for me not only on our selected homes but also helped us see what similar houses had sold for in those neighborhoods. This information was invaluable to us as we were looking at several "as is" sites and had no idea where to start with an offer. I would also praise Diana for her patience, as she was very gracious with her time.  I really enjoyed talking to her and felt comfortable asking dumb questions.  Good lord... this is a complex and scary process and she was there holding my hand every step of the way.  She gave me a thorough understanding of all the steps involved and put me in touch with some wonderful people who now do contract work for us on our newly purchased home.  So again I would like to commend her for problem-solving skills...she helped me through the craziness of the inspection process while being out of town and not able to be at the house.  Diana acted on my behalf during numerous circumstances that enabled us to finally purchase our home.  We simply could not have done this without her and that type of assistance!  She made this happen. I would highly recommend Michael Saunders & Company and of course put anyone in touch with Diana Fischer for all these numerous reasons and then some.  Our family now owns a little piece of heaven and we are loving it so much!  And I tell everyone that Florida is not only the "sunshine state" because the big yellow ball comes out every day... the sunshine is also reflected in so many smiles and lovely people who try to help others, and that is a wonderful thing!

I have been buying and selling properties for forty years here in Erie thus I have had experience with numerous realtors.  Diana belongs at the top of the list.  I am not an easy client but I never got any resistance to my numerous questions and requests, and there were many, over the year that it took to find our property.  As we did not live in the area often she would go out and inspect prospective properties with endless pictures showing every possible issue.  Most importantly she never tried to push a property just to make a sale and get rid of us.

Diana Fischer is the prime reason why we remained with your firm for several years in a poor market. Once the market picked up and we followed Diana’s recommendation on staging, we had three competing bids. Those bids gave rise to a myriad of problems because of the buyers’ idiosyncrasies.
