She went above and beyond for my wife and I, and she is very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire home buying/selling process and continued to help us look for a house even when a major unforeseeable title issue arose with respect to the house we were about to close on. We ended up closing on the house in the end, all thanks to Desiree's continued efforts to negotiate a settlement on our behalf, and at the same time, she showed us alternative houses as well. She also timely secured a buyer for the sale of our old home when market conditions weren't ideal, and worked with the buyer to allow us to rent our old home until we were able to close on a new home.
