Desi handled my mother's home purchase and he was impressive. He moved on a Tustin property that had been listed only one day and negotiated it to her price. He attended inspections, coordinated the HOA, insurance, and utilities and gave her a list of contacts while making clear she could use anyone she chose. He checked in daily and a very short escrow closed on time. Desi has strong market knowledge, easy is talk to.
