Denise was attentive, detailed, very attuned to our situation(Mom passed away) She always called to follow up if there were questions. When I met my realtor Denise Takara, I conveyed that she has a “huge shoe to fill,” as she is following the footsteps of two legendary realtors, Chad Takesue and Wayne Nishida, who individually represented me in prior successful real estate transactions. In addition to being tasked with filling monumental shoes, Denise helped to sell my 712 Kauai Street property. She provided invaluable advice on pricing the property right to gain more traction and did an excellent job in coordinating the staging of the home, which led to a quick and successful sale well over asking.
