Denise has always been a friend but what a fabulous realtor she is to boot. When it came to my family estate sale, there was no one else that I wanted to work with then her. She helped me navigate through one of the toughest decisions that I have ever had to make. Giving me tips on things that I didn’t think of, but she had no idea just how OCD I was until I made at the changes, did some extras to get things sold, and cleaned the place all on my own. I knew she would always be there if I needed her, but for me it helped with closer. This by far has and was the easiest sale/close I have ever done. Moving forward I will always have Denise in mind if and when I ever sale my current home and or buy another.
