We were very happy with Denise. She gave us good sound advice, a very can do person!

Denise did a fabulous job in the sale of our mother’s property. Denise was extremely knowledgeable and professional bit lore importantly Denise was warm and understanding during the emotional process of selling the place mom called her home for 35 years. I would whole heartedly RECOMMEND Denise to anyone looking for an expert sales agent to negotiate and get get top dollar for a property.

Denise was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying experience. She was incredibly thorough during the closing process and never missed a detail. She was always readily available and quick to set up showings whenever we needed them. She was also fantastic at answering all of our questions, offering knowledgeable advice, and connecting us with excellent contractors and inspectors. Even behind the scenes, Denise worked around the clock to make sure every part of the process went as smoothly as possible. It was always reassuring to be greeted with her positive attitude and know that we had such a great realtor backing us every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through buying our home, and we would highly recommend Denise at Berkshire Hathaway to anyone looking for a realtor!

Need a check list for clients. Something like- so you're under contract, now what... #1 Get pre-approval for your loan in __days,#2same day schedule inspection. It will be due (date due),#3 If you need to purchase insurance do so now. This is just a starter list that would help walk a client through the process in a timely manner.

Working with Denise Reis was an absolute pleasure! She was patient and understanding throughout the whole process. Her expertise was invaluable and I couldn’t be happier with her. Hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with, highly recommend!

Denise Reis did an amazing job guiding me through my first time seller's experience. She helped arrange home prep for the things I was unable to do in a timely manner as I live 8 hours away from the property I was selling. We were able to communicate easily and come to the best decision strategy to market my home. In the end, she brought me 2 offers and my home was under contract in 72 hours!

All things considered, Denise had her hands full. With me living in Arizona & my brother, niece & nephew looking at houses for me, I'm sure it was a challenge for her. But she put up with all of us and made it happen! Now I'm a home owner in PA thanks to her!

I want to thank Denise for all she did to help us sell our home. She was absolutely wonderful and was always willing to answer all of our questions. Would definitely recommend her if you are either buying or selling a home!

Denise assisted with 3 rental properties . With her experience and contacts she showed two of them within minutes. She had two signed and under contract. And I didn't have to worry about anything. I recommend her for and listing Thank you Paul Nyman
