Denise was the partner of Sandy Lawless's 28 years ago when we purchased the home we just sold. Over the years, Denise sent postcards to us reminding us that, although Sandy had retired, she, Denise, is still an active real estate agent. When we were ready to sell that home, we called Denise. She guided us through the somewhat daunting process of evaluating our home and making recommendations for how to best prepare it for listing. We received a good offer exactly 2 weeks after listing our home for sale. That sale closed yesterday. Good work, Denise!
