Denise was Fantastic!
Not only was she extremely helpful with the paperwork overload, but every issue that came up Denise had a contact and not just one! There was the painter, the carpenter, the roofer for leaks we discovered before the property inspection report was completed. When my sister passed preparing her house for sale was the biggest challenge in managing her estate. Denise helped with removal of furniture, providing me with names of auctioneers and estate liquidators for my sister's Art Collection. Even with Cleaning up the House! I live an hour away from Stevenson Ranch. Denise made sure the house was under constant watch and stored the mail for me while I made several attempts with the Post Office to get it forwarded. With an unusual spike in temperatures, Escrow being delayed and the power turned off, Denise was there with a hose to soak everything down. And when the buyer's agent missed deadlines, Denise was on top of it. I'm sure I'm forgetting a number of other things. I would have lost my sanity if not for Denise. Denise goes above and beyond!
