Racheal Yates was my agent and she was spectacular…she was efficient, knowledgeable, kind ,thoughtful, and very sweet..❤️

We had the pleasure of working with Denise Desellier for the second time, and once again she made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Denise was always there to answer our questions, keep us informed, and guide us through every step. We truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and dedication throughout our home-buying journey. We also had the pleasure of working with Kathy and truly enjoyed our experience with her. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We appreciated her time, guidance, and the care she showed along the way. We also appreciate Zell for being part of our home-buying experience and for his support throughout the process. Thank you, Denise, Kathy, and Zell, for all of your hard work and assistance.

Our service was excellent however I do not live in the area and therefore cannot recommend it to anyone.

Denise did a marvelous job of helping us prepare and sell our home..........We would highly recommend her to anyone who asked.

Denise was very helpful in preparing our parents’ house for sale, marketing to the appropriate audience, conveying broker and buyer feedback, and closing the sale. We don’t live nearby and really appreciated Denise and her team taking care of all of the details throughout the transaction. Thank you!

Grateful to Denise & team for a successful sale at full price. However, as a long-term homeowner, I expected more proactive logistical support (estate sales/transitioning) and a more data-driven advisory role consistent with a luxury brand. Great result, but the service experience has room to grow.

This was my first experience in selling real estate property. I could not have done it without the guidance of Denise De Seller and Kim Coffin of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Their professional knowledge of all the aspects of there business assured me from the beginning that this company is the right choice for me. And my faith in them was confirmed as they went through the process., keeping me informed and updated as to the progress and the "hoops" that they encountered along the way. My input was minimal (things that only an owner can do), and my stress level was nil. Basically, I stayed out of there way and let them do there job. The results were above my expectations. and the whole experience was a refreshing pleasure. Ralph Knight

Kim Coffin has spoiled me bc she is such a good real estate agent. Thx you Kim

Great experience

From start to finish everything that a real estate agency could do to support my purchase of a home was done for me efficiently and warmly. I especially appreciated their list of recommended local vendors as I’m completely new to the area. This is how business should be!
