This was by far the most unusual and scary real estate transaction I ever had to do.  I was so concerned about how it would play out, and Denise— I could never have asked for more.  You were unbelievably helpful.  Professional, proactive and always always there, clean across the country.   You made it  as comfortable as it could be for me at a time when it was so appreciated.  We accomplished all my husband had hoped for me and I am grateful to you.  He would have enjoyed working with you as well.  You have a wonderful personality and calmness for real estate and any client will be fortunate to have you.
