We were very happy and fortunate to work with Denise and Roger for the second time since moving to the Richmond, VA area. They both are professional, relatable, patient, caring, and genuine people who are client-focused. Denise and Roger bring valuable experience to every step of the process while selling and/or purchasing a house, verifying that their client is well informed the whole time. In our experience, specifically, we sold our property within five days on the market, and closed on the purchase of our new property within 20 days. Denise goes above and beyond for her clients as she takes time to beautifully stage homes, and is flexible to her client's hours. She is both an effective communicator and proven negotiator. Denise's husband, Roger, adds to this by bringing years of appraising experience, and can both quickly and accurately estimate a property's value. Roger also goes above and beyond typical duties by ensuring that his clients are well supported through the moving process by working with contractors, inspecting entire crawl spaces, participating in repairs/cleaning, and offering sound advice for future repairs/upgrades. Lastly, they are both family-oriented; prioritizing our best interests for future growth, and making our two young daughters feel compfortable as we toured different properties.
If the opportunity arises to sell/purchase again, we will undoubtedly return to Denise and Roger.
