Debbie has great empirical experience that allowed her to help us in ways we never imagined for the purchase. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable for what home hunters need to know about associated purchase support agencies (home inspectors and mortgage brokers), she knew what we specifically needed to observe when viewing potential properties.
Debbie also helped us with the sellers that went way beyond what a buyer's agent normally does. She stepped in and helped coordinate our offering price/need for allowances, told us what specific concerns we (the buyers) needed to have addressed for the condition of the home/requirements for the closing condition of the home, and even resolved last minute technical difficulties that occurred at the title company/our real estate attorney's office at the closing! If it was not for Debbie, our closing would have unnecessarily been delayed.

Debbie's approach is very much hands on. In the beginning she devoted hours walking through our home and identifying what needed to be repaired. In a second hours long walk through she identified what furniture and art should remain and what should be removed. Her organizational skills were exemplary. Once the house was ready to be shown, Debbie painstakingly staged our home even planting flowers in our window boxes and planters and providing her own coffee table. Her attention to detail was superb.
