Absolutely fantastic! The house we were selling needed an enormous amount of work to become habitable, much less ready to sell. Debbie took care of everything, finding contractors, getting multiple quotes, seeing everything done, and generally getting the house into condition to sell. She definitely knew what needed to be done, too, as we had multiple offers immediately after the house hit the market. She also did a fantastic job negotiating the final price, bringing the rather excessive demands of the buyer on closing down to something that we were quite happy with. I was somewhat skeptical that realtors really earned what they cost coming into this experience, despite the convenience. This experience completely changed my mind. Debbie turned what was looking like a nightmare coming into the situation into a swift and almost painless process that turned out better than we could've hoped, and she definitely put in the work to make that happen. I can't recommend her strongly enough. Working with her was a pleasure, and she is everything you could hope for as a representative!

John and Debbie were more than real estate agents for us. They supervised the preparing of our home for sale after we had left the state. Acting on our behalf, they chose the required contractors, handled payments authorized by us, and steered us through the whole process of the sale. They even packed and shipped a desired item that was left behind. Their knowledge, professionalism, and communication was superior. I credit them with getting a contract on our house in less than a week. Both my wife and I will miss talking with them, and now consider them friends.
