Debbie provided amazing results and her communication was top notch. I have worked with her several times and will continue to do so for my next property. Thanks again for all your support!

We have worked with Deb on multiple real estate transactions over the years, and she has consistently been outstanding. Most recently, she helped us successfully sell our home, and once again exceeded our expectations. She is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. Her experience, attention to detail, and calm approach made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind and truly cared about helping us achieve the best outcome. We highly recommend Deb to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Great experience! Thank you for helping us sell our condo!

I have used Deb twice. First to buy the condo, then a few years later to sell the condo. When we were looking for a place for my mom, Deb listened to my needs and found us the perfect condo. She is professional, knows this area very well, is up to date on real estate transaction in St. Augustine and knows how to price for successful sales. Deb is a joy to work with. She answered all of my many question, kept me in the loop for each decision/transaction and worked well with the closing team. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again!

We are so fortunate to have met Deb Krantz. She is simply the best, always goes above and beyond and has excellent communication skills. I would like recommend her to anyone in St. Johns county looking to buy or sell a home.

Deb Krantz went above and beyond with selling my condo. She couldn’t have done more. She also gave me excellent advice.

It was a pleasure working with Deb. She was always available to answer any of our questions and she did so patiently. She was so well prepared right from our initial meeting. Communication with Deb was excellent. She made sure we understood all our options. She was so helpful throughout the whole process. Deb made a stressful process so much easier. We highly recommend working with Deb.

Debbie did an amazing job! She is very quick to respond and was always available to make a showing whenever i needed. She is also very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful through the whole purchase process .

Deb did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect home for my mother. She knew exactly what I was looking for and sent me multiple listings daily. She knows the St. Augustine area so well, so was able to give me many community ideas. She is professional, helpful, and ready to please. I'd recommend Deb to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.
