I had the pleasure of being "assigned" to Dean Wilson through a Company Relocation Package. What a perfect match! We had unusual, specific house requirements with a focus on hunting and fishing properties. Dean showed us a variety of properties, would check properties out before we arrived on our "official search", and would help us to narrow the search to those that had potential. He set up MLS search parameters to narrow our on-line search, thus we found the PERFECT house in a very short amount of time. Dean expertly walked me through the process of buying my first house. He listened to what I wanted in a home and patiently showed me many options that could potentially meet my needs. He did a great job of setting expectations around my budget and with talking me through the pros and cons of each option. With his guidance I purchased a house that was below budget and has steadily increased in value over the years. Dean was a great agent. I was looking for someone who could deal with a couple who did NOT agree, first time home buyers, and a very very limited schedule. Dean was able to accommodate that and more!
