Dawson was a pleasure to work with through the whole process of viewing and purchasing our new property. New to the game, but he didn't let it show. He was early to our first showing appointment, took note and researched our questions, worked very hard on all of the paperwork for our offer through to closing, was very good at communicating with my husband and I during the process of purchasing and made sure we were informed of everything along the way. Dawson was so thoughtful to leave us a very nice gift basked when the purchase was complete. We highly recommend Dawson to others and will use him for any future endeavors!
Dawson sold us our first house, and it was such an easy process! He is a very friendly and outgoing person, we recommend him to everyone buying a house. We will be using him again when time comes!
