I really like how Dawn broke everything down and made it so easy to understand. She was there every step of the way and when it came time for inspection, she made sure everything was done that the seller needed to complete before closing. Also, Dawn got me a home warranty from the seller! I would definitely recommend Dawn to everyone I know. She was so sweet so kind, so knowledgeable about everything that was taking place. She did so much leg work to make sure my forever home was in the best condition for my child and me! I was duped once before 3 years ago by John R. Buckingham, he took me to see 2 properties and never kept in contact after that and we we're under contract for one of them. John never called me the day of closing or anything I had to call him. I told him I wanted my money back he said he did too much work showing me only two properties and that I wouldn't get it back! 3 years later I am a Bonafide Homeowner. Thanks to Dawn Winkler & her winning personality I don't have to worry about if I have to renew my lease or where I'm going to live. Dawn is the upmost professional! It doesn't matter how many houses or how far away they were, she was determined to find me my perfect house navigating a really tumultuous market. Once we found my home (after SEVERAL turned down offers) Dawn was with me every step of the way through closing.
