Dawn Butcher is the best realtor I have ever experienced. She is on top of everything and her knowledge of her area is exceptional. She always has a concrete reason for offering or declining a property. It has been a pleasure working with her and her team.

Exceptional service!

I couldn’t say enough good things about Dawn. She’s been there from the start and we now consider her a friend. She’s worked tirelessly to help us get into our new home. She also helped get us become more familiar with the area with places to eat, banking, vets, doctors, etc. I highly recommend her.

Again-Dawn has done an amazing job! She is very knowledgeable about all things on the real estate side, but also about building houses in general! We have used Dawn four times and will continue to do so if we need a realtor in the future!

Dawn Butcher was amazing. She made the process of buying a home easy and pain free. She walked us thru everything and answered any questions that we had about things we were unsure of. She is truly amazing and I am going to recommend her anybody that I know that is looking for a place to buy.

Short version: Dawn Butcher is an incredible Realtor! She guided us through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and excellent resources to prep our home for sale. Thanks to her expertise and staging advice, our house went under contract in just 10 days. Highly recommend! Longer version: Dawn Butcher is an incredible Realtor. She is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and guided us through the entire process with confidence and care. Dawn helped us prepare our home for sale within our budget, offering tasteful recommendations and connecting us with a wide range of reliable resources for upgrades. Her communication was always consistent and responsive, and she provided realistic guidance about the sale of our home. She also ensured our home was beautifully staged for photos, which resulted in strong interest and many views from prospective buyers. As a family of five with three children, the day of our photos felt overwhelming, but Dawn stepped in without hesitation to help us make the final adjustments. Throughout the process, she offered guidance when needed, patience when we felt stressed, and grace when we required more help than we realized. The icing on the cake is that our home was under contract in just 10 days! We are so grateful for Dawn’s dedication, professionalism, and support. She made a potentially stressful experience smooth and successful, and we would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.

This was my first time buying a home. I've always been anxious to go through the process, wanting to make sure I was as prepared as possible. Finally my fiance and I decided to take the plunge, and so we reached out to Dawn to kick things off. Professionally, Dawn was always on top of things, helping us by suggesting properties and hopping onto those that stuck out to us. She was always available for comment and questions, even during times I felt I was being intrusive. And yet, she made sure that we knew what we were getting into - especially helpful considering our investment was almost 10 hours away. And personally, Dawn has always taken the initiative to make sure we feel welcome in the community, and point us in the proper direction for anything local and easing us into home ownership. I don't know if Dawn was my realtor, or the first family friend we've made in OBX. If I ever convince family, friends or coworkers to pick up and come this way, she'll be the next phone call I make.

Dawn was amazing! We've heard a lot of horror stories about house hunting and honestly we were pretty scared to start the process. Dawn went above and beyond to be on our side and look out for us. We had no worries and knew she was not going to let us buy something that we would regret. She has made us feel so welcomed in the community since moving in and has helped us so much with our dream home. I've already recommended her to people back home and 100% would go to her again if we ever wanted to buy another house.

Dawn has been great to work with. She went above and beyond walking us through buying a new home. She has a ton of connections in the industry and even helped us after hours for numerous things. Would highly recommend to anyone working with her.

As always, we are 100% satisfied with our buying experience. Dawn always goes above and beyond to make sure we get everything we want, and that the transaction goes smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and if she does not know the answer..she will find it!! This is our 4th purchase using Dawn, and we will definitely use her again.
