Wendy Hodges and The Davis & Hodges Team did a great job explaining the home buying process and assisting us with the selection of the perfect first home in Murrells Inlet. As a first time home buyer they explained every detail and made the process so simple. From start to finish, there were local referrals from home inspectors to attorneys to assist with various items during the closing process to make it a great experience. We highly recommend the Davis & Hodges Team with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage
