I had such an amazing experience working with my Berkshire Hathaway realtor, Dave O’Leary. From our initial meeting to the day of closing, Dave made the entire process of selling my parents’ home feel seamless. His professionalism and extensive knowledge of the local market were most impressive. For the listing, Dave used high quality photos and composed the perfect property description to capture the heart of my childhood home. He was incredibly patient and supportive, offering prompt responses to my many questions. I couldn’t have had a better guide to navigate this process. Dave O’Leary was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy, talented, and genuinely caring realtor.

Dave consulted with another realtor to help me sell my commercial property. I was very impressed with how quickly things got moving once we decided on all the details. In less then two months my property was sold. These guys were on the ball. I'm so happy that it didn;t drag outfor months now I am able to enjoy my life! THANKS GUYS!!
