David was very helpful throughout the process. He started with ideas on how to make the home more appealing to buyers while we were still living in it. He elicited information which we were happy to provide about major maintenance items like a recent complete exterior paint job, and upgrades - all of which were positives for the value of the house. He did a great deal to understand our neighborhood and values which helped to generate good offers and to support the offer of the highest bidder to the appraiser. He was always available for questions, etc. and always went "above and beyond." Highly recommend.
