David did everything that you could ask in a real estate agent. I was not at my condo in Florida, so he not only kept the dehumidifier going. He repaired a wall in the laundry room and painted, and basically was a lifesaver for me. he gave good guidance and advice on price points and I just enjoyed working with him.!
