The listing had a number of difficult logistical issues, and she was not only a pure professional start to finish, but went waaaayyyy above and beyond to assist with problem-solving, help out with many last minute issues, and maintained a careful overseer of every single detail involved in the sale. Her marketing and collateral were stellar right from the start. In the end, our house sold in 4 days, above asking price. Sure, this is in a hot market with low inventory, a bit of luck for the homeowner. But it was not the market that made the sale. It was Darryln's impressive command of the entire sales process. I don't think words can fully convey her total command of the process, amazing diligence, and pleasantness all the while, even during the most stressful phases. She is a great agent, and I am grateful she was running the show for us. If you are looking for someone to work with, you've found her.
