Darren recently acted as my agent for a real estate purchase in the Jamestown Ky. are. Darren was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He took his time and did not push any decisions. He helped in every way possible pre sale as well as post sale, helping us find local contractors for jobs we wanted done. nI would recommend Darren to anyone looking in his sales area. Nice guy that I would do business with again. Thanks Darren! Larry and Debbie Ulmer
I was very impressed with Darren. He helped me out quite a bit, even though it was delayed for quite a few months because of the seller, and it was only a plot of land, which was not large some of money. Darren hung in there and helped me to communicate with the sellers realtor and we get it all squared away at the end. I appreciate it very much.
Darren was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I will be seeking his services with future real estate needs.
Very professional and full of knowledge of the property we wanted to purchase. He always answered any questions we had throughout the process promotly. Darren Gossage is an excellent Real Estate Agent.
First of all, my name is Swinford. The attorney's office sent the check "to the estate of..." didn't put my name on it anywhere, but had my address. I had to open a special account until the check clears, then close it out for an additional cost.waste of time. Other than those, it went great, I didn't have to clean the house, it sold in a day, closed in less than a week, everyone involved was very friendly and helpful.
