Dara was exceptional from our first conversation through closing. She was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and an excellent negotiator who always put our interests first. Buying a home in Missouri while selling one in Tennessee was a complex process, but Dara made it feel seamless. If you're looking for a realtor in Wentzville or St. Charles County, I highly recommend Dara and would gladly work with her again.
Dara was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. We were very deliberate with our home search, and she was extremely professional and helpful along the way. Once we found the right home, she was strategic in piecing together a winning offer- one offer and one successful house. She guided us every step of the way through closing, making the process easy and stress free. We couldn’t recommend Dara enough for a professional, honest, and straightforward experience.
Dara is hands-down the best! She was on top of everything and always available to answer our questions. When a lender issue threatened to delay our closing at the very last second, she jumped into action and saved the day. We closed on time, and we couldn’t have done it without her expertise and grit. Highly recommend!"
Dara was absolutely amazing throughout this process of purchasing my husband and I’s first home. She was very informative and willing to help us with so much. I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. She advocated for us when the sellers were being difficult and made sure we made the best decision for our family. Dara was an absolute joy to work with and we would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a new home.
It was really good working with Dara. No matter what time of day, she made sure to make her self available with any questions or advice. Thank you Dara!
My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor to find our dream home. Dara paid attention to our specific wants and was always available to show us houses on our schedules.
If you are looking for someone with integrity that will go above and beyond for you, she fits the bill.
Thanks again, Dara Ward! Selling our home was fast and easy. You had us in our new home and closed on our old home in two months. The best part is we are very pleased with the sale price of both and the ease of the transactions. We highly recommend Dara as a realtor. She’s good at what she does!
Dara is very knowledgeable on the entire home purchase process and was available when ever we had a question. She was a fantastic resource and made it fun and easy to find our home!
