Danielle made a smart recommendation to get my condo on the market early, and at the perfect price! The buyer came in over asking and far exceeded my expectations. She was helpful during the negotiations and closing to make it a seamless transition!

Danielle was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about the process or what to expect. But Danielle answered our questions in detail and often we received a response immediately. She also demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the Chicago home market and what we would find within our budget. It was reassuring to have a dedicated and knowledgeable agent working for us.

Danielle did an excellent job with helping us through every single step in the homebuying process. She was very responsive and answered any and all questions we had. She was attentive and listened to our needs and wants and worked diligently to find a variety of options for us. We will definitely recommend her services to family and friends. The entire B&W team worked cohesively to make our homebuying experience as seamless and positive as possible.

A wonderful experience through a stressful process. Danielle was an excellent support. Thank you so much 5 stars.

I trusted Danielle to help me find an apartment when I moved to town and had to rent sight unseen and she did a great job. She was incredibly responsive, able to give great insights about the areas I was looking, and helped me understand pricing in a competitive market. She went out of her way to do a walkthrough for me right before I moved in since I was unable to, and went to great lengths to do so. Thank you Danielle!

Danielle was incredible to work with! As a first time home buyer, there were so many parts of the home-buying process that were new to me. Before we went on any showings, Danielle really went out of her way to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods and the industry as a whole made her a great resource for evaluating properties, especially when considering things like renovations, rent potential, and future resale value. Danielle was always extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions/concerns. Throughout the process, she did a great job of providing me with the resources I needed and putting me in contact with other industry professionals to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I can honestly say that after working with Danielle, I've gained a new friend, and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy in Chicago!
