This is the 4th time we have asked Danielle to help us with a real estate purchase in the past 5 years. We are investors who live out of state, and so we rely on her to be our eyes and ears in the area as she knows what we are looking for. Each time we have been very happy with the transaction start to finish as she makes it seem quite easy and seamless by staying on top of every detail. We have purchased all 4 properties without seeing them in person. That is all possible due to her high level of professionalism, knowledge and industry experience which we trust.

Danielle did an outstanding job of getting us across the finish line on our real estate needs. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone and already have. Kili and Dezi Bald Eagle

Danielle is simply the best 😊

This was our second purchase with Danielle in two years. Like the first time, we were buying from out of state and never personally saw the property. With her help, we were able to see the property through video with her and then win in a multiple offer situation without going a crazy amount over list price. Then she made herself available to meet our various contractors at the property to start the remodel bidding process. This was incredibly helpful to us. We trust Danielle because she has the credentials and experience to help us navigate in this ever changing market. This is a rare commodity in the real estate profession and it's essential to have a broker like Danielle if you want to be able to purchase anything at all at a reasonable price.

Danielle was great! We found the perfect home, in my price range, in a difficult market. Thanks for all the leg work, Danielle!!

Danielle was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Our home search went smoothly with her help and advice. I would recommend her highly.

I found Danielle on my CRS referral network to help us with an investment purchase in Mt Pleasant. Being a REALTOR in Denver, I had no idea where to start and Danielle guided us every step of the way, including getting us connected with a Builder to handle the upcoming complete remodel. We encountered some confounding issues with the Seller side and Danielle was diligent in getting those resolved for us very quickly and thoroughly. Her negotiation skills got us a very favorable price and her communication skills kept us informed the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those new to the area, who needs an experienced, reliable agent to handle all the many details of a sale or purchase. Her pleasant manner made it a delight to work with her, in addition.

Danielle has been amazing (yet again!). Buying and selling is one heck of an experience, but Danielle put our concerns to rest and made sure we were on schedule and on time to complete both processes with zero hiccups. We cannot thank her enough for being a trusted realtor and friend.

We were extremely pleased having Danielle as our realtor. She was very responsive to all of our questions and made the process of selling our home seamless.

I would recommend Danielle Fink for all of your real estate needs, buying or selling. When I lived in Naples, FL she did an excellent job of selling my rental house in Charleston quickly. As soon as my renters moved out, Danielle helped me while I was living long distance get the house ready to sell and on the market. Just recently, we moved back to Mt. Pleasant, SC from Naples, FL. We let Danielle know what type of home we were looking for and she was always on top of the latest listings. If we were ready to look at a home and she happened not to be available, she always had someone to cover. After finally selling our home in Naples, FL, Danielle found us just the home we were looking for and we closed on it in June. Danielle even helped us get a rental while we were looking for that perfect home. We can not thank Danielle enough for all she has done! I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
