Dan was so helpful on the home buying process. Answered any potential questions or concerns I had. Would refer him as a realtor to any of my family or friends.
Dan is such an amazing realtor and such a pleasure to work with. All of the suggestions that he gave me before listing my home helped me so much. I had a lot of showings and 2 offers in 1 1/2 weeks. Dan was wonderful about explaining everything to me and getting me copies of all of the paperwork. If there was a decision to be made,and I was having a tough time making it, Dan was great about explaining the pros and cons that I didn't think of. I know if I ever buy or sell a house again I will be calling him, and if anyone asks if I know of a good realtor I will say no but I know of a GREAT one and that is Dan O'Neill!!
I recently purchased a home through Daniel O'Neill of Reece Nichols East. As a first time home buyer I have heard many horror stories about buying/selling a home. Due to Mr. O'Neill's knowledge of the area, home values, market environment, and his network of top professionals (home inspections, lenders, etc.) I was very pleasantly surprised when the overall process was very efficient and easy. The only thing in my experience that could have run smoother was getting the required documents from my personal bank, and Mr. O'Neill even had advice on how to accomplish that more efficiently. Mr. O'Neill was always very quick to answer our questions and he took the time to learn what my fiancé and I actually wanted in a home, and he helped us find that home. While I don't plan on moving again for quite some time, I will certainly seek Mr. O'Neill when that time comes.
My experience working with Mr. ONeill was great he was very professional, knowledgeable and helped me through what was a hard process for me. Dan took all my wants and needs very seriously and sold my home in approximately 21 days and found our family another great place to call home. Thanks Dan
