Daniel provides great experience and assistance in helping you choose the right home. He will give you great perspectives on what may or may not work for you as sometimes first impression emotions when seeing a new place can easily sway you causing you to potentially overlook some of the negatives. This helped with both the purchase of our new home and the sales of our two previous homes.
Daniel went above and beyond our expectations in all aspects. He was patient with narrowing down our choices. Did not try to push a sale on us at all, he would actually be more critical of the properties that we were looking at to ensure we had a full understanding of each house and make sure we made the right pick. We looked at a lot of houses but couldn't find one in our price range that fit all the checks in the box. We ended up building a new house so we could get exactly what we wanted. The experience looking at the various houses with him also helped us narrow down a builder that we found to do good work and aged well. Even though we were buying a new home through a builder, Daniel helped out with the negotiations getting the price down. He stayed through all the negotiations to make sure we understood what we were adding on and gave helpful advise as to what is good to add and why. He even went to our design centre appointments to help us pick and give valued advise our choices. When we did our walkthrough we chose not go with a home inspector as the builder we chose was great and also exceeded expectations. Daniel helped point out and saw many flaws in the build that needed to be fixed by move in. Our home buying experience went very smoothly, and most of it was thanks to his excellent service. We were over the moon with how much he helped out and how he got us into the perfect house, when it seemed so impossible to find at first. Even the builders salesmen that we were dealing with couldn't believe how much he was involved and said they've never seen a realtor go that far for their customers before. We have already been recommending daniel to anyone we hear buying or selling a house, and will continue to do so in the future. We would definitely use daniel again and are very grateful that we were lucky enough to have him for this experience.
