I'm writing this realtor recommendation for Danny Edwards, GRI Realtor/Broker Land Specialist, of RE/MAX Executive At The Lake in Cornelius, NC. Danny provided me and my family with the resources and expertise necessary to sell a large family owned tract of land in Wilkes County.
Danny provided the patience and understanding to work with all the seller family members and address their concerns during the listing and negotiation process. On one occasion, he provided the knowledge necessary to solve a complicated deed issue that the lawyers could not agree on. Danny's ability to communicate effectively contributed directly to the successful selling of our property.
I highly recommend Danny for your land selling needs. Please feel free to contact me at the information provided below for further inquiries.
Sincerely,
Mike Miller
