Getting ready for the sale, good practical direction on getting the job done. Then followed up with text or email what she had said. The showings went smoothly. I think we were fortunate that we had moved out first. Made things so much easier for everyone involved in the showings. The notifications on the booking for showing was sometimes confusing. I think that was because some were text and other emails. Thankyou for updates on how things were going as we were always worried if things were going well. Also made reviewing the offers simple, with good guidance. Thankyou. Your reassurance that every thing was normal, really made the process easier.

Dana was wonderful. In the span of a few weeks, I simultaneously sold my long-time condo with her, and found our new home. For my condo, Dana helped me find a great home stager, made excellent recommendations for what to fix up (and what I could leave), and a solid plan of action. That plan pivoted a day before listing when another competing property within the complex was listed. She suggested an alternate plan, and it worked better than I could have imagined - selling my condo in one day on the market, and at the highest price the complex has ever seen.
