Dan went over and beyond the services required by a realtor. He gave me gentle, knowledgable, trustworthy advice and guidance based on 30+ years of experience throughout the whole process which took about a year of strategic planning. I had complete faith in him and would without hesitation recommend him to everyone.

Dan is an extraordinary realtor who is highly professional and always walks the extra mile for the client. I appreciate his patience and expertise with attention to details. Dan and I worked well together to establish amiable listing price. We were fortunate to get several offers over asking in the 1st weekend of listing the property. Dan was always prepared and answered all my questions. He prepared complete spread sheet of all the offers and walked me through each offer before we accepted an offer. He also requested back up offers in case our initial offer fell out of escrow. Dan was also up front to let me know what items could push a sale out of escrow.

Dan made the selling process easy on every front. He marketed the property effectively and kept me in the loop all along the way. When the time came to begin working with buyer, he paid attention to every detail and followed through promptly and professionally. He made the selling process as simple as possible. I am very gtrateful for his services.

Great attention to detail and an excellent communicator. And an all-around nice guy!

Dan was the perfect realtor for me! He helped me buy my first home, and he helped me sell it a few years later. He was so patient and calm throughout the whole process, which enabled me to be able to ask questions and gain an understanding of the process. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home on Oahu. Thanks!

Dan Koyamatsu is an exceptional realtor! He is professional, experienced and service-oriented. Dan is a competent and very capable problem-solver. We appreciated his honest, patient and caring approach, which made the selling process a manageable one for us. His industry knowledge, extensive network and can-do attitude allowed us to achieve our ultimate goal. This is the third time we have utilized Dan's expertise and we highly recommend him to our family and friends! For one's biggest investment/asset, we would not trust anyone else - Dan has proven himself to put his clients' best interests first on both the selling and buying side of the process! Dan has definitely earned a 5/5 star-rating from us because he works diligently for you (his clients)!

Once again, Dan proved to be invaluable for our family. We were hoping to sell our home quickly to capitalize on the sellers market and Dan was able to make that happen. He got what we felt was the most value for our place in an easy, timely transaction. Dan hired cleaners, put in staging and advertised in multiple places to generate as much interest as possible. He did not require any assistance from us and took care of everything. Dan went out of his way to do private showings, even allowing people to view it on the last day we were accepting offers. We ended up having 10 offers to choose from and found one that fit our situation well. They were serious buyers and we closed quickly. Dan gave us great advice along the way as we made a decision of which offer to select. He helped us purchase that place 6 years ago and in the end it appreciated over 100k! We owe it all to Dan and that equity goes a long way towards helping us pay for our current place and providing cushion for future expenses for our children. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and appreciative of his tireless efforts to maximize the value of our best asset. Dan has greatly improved the future for our family and we cannot imagine going through that process with anyone else. He is a true professional and did far more than is expected. Dan is one of a kind and someone that we will forever be indebted to for all he has done for our family! Attached is a photo from our last day in our old home. Thank you, Dan!!
