Dan is an Icon...He is consistent in his message to employees, agents, and all whose path he crosses. He listens and shares great stories of his journey...and believe me it has not been all easy! But there is a lesson in each 'chapter' (both the highs and the lows)...He is humble, but everyone is aware of his expectation of excellence! M.E.D.S. keep him balanced.
