Dale is a very conscientious and thorough agent who is passionate about the job she is doing for the client. She has a wonderful personality and takes the time to get to know the clients needs. She performs extensive research in the neighbourhood and surrounding area to understand the market when establishing a fair price point. She also follows up frequently through phone calls and emails to give the client the most current and up to date information regarding the transaction of the sale and does a great job from start to finish. The sale of this property was the result of an estate sale and therefore had a time line associated with the home. Dale worked hard to juggle her schedule around the tenants schedules and coordinate viewings of the home when convenient for all parties which was a challenge. She was able to do so by being in contact with the tenants and therefore alleviating me as the seller of this which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Dale to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
