I consider myself lucky indeed to have Cynthia Remahl as my Broker-in-Charge. Her consideration and caring for every agent in our office is matched by her knowledge and expertise in the real estate field. Cynthia has many strengths, but by far, her patience and ability to “think outside the box” are two of her strongest attributes. When I am overwhelmed or need to talk through a situation/transaction, Cynthia is able to get me to step outside of my paradigm, and look at things in a different way. She not only listens, but is able to come up with genuine and helpful advice, and her ability to put perfectly into words the exact responses needed is, at times, uncanny. I know that when I need advice, counsel, or just a safe place to “vent,” I can drop into her office or call her on the phone (she always picks up!), and she will be there for me. Real estate can be exhilarating, but also very stressful. It is wonderful to know that no matter what, Cynthia “has my back.”
