I contacted Cynthia about an apartment and she was very responsive. When I didn't end up liking the one she showed me, we exchanged contact information and she was in touch right away with other options that fit my needs. We did two more viewings together and I loved the last apartment but it was being considered by someone else. She bolstered me up and snapped me out of my timidness! She was also patient when I made a mistake with the deposit, and advocated for me when I wanted edits to the lease.
