Cynthia is simply the best! Being from Michigan and not knowing a local agent personally was a bit perplexing. My wife’s cousin had dealt with a Michael Saunders agent and suggested we talk to him. We did, but he does not work the Punta Gorda area. Per chance while being in Florida on vacation we ran into a friend of Cynthia’s who lives in Punta Gorda. After telling her friend we were thinking of that area to purchase a home and had talked to another MS agent, Cynthia was recommended. So we got together and in two days we looked at 18 houses. Cynthia was not trying to sell me a house to sell a house. She was educating me pointing out things that a buyer might not see. We ended up making an offer on a house that we are going to enjoy for years. Cynthia is a smart, tough negotiator! Our offer was enventually accepted. Having to get back to Michigan, Cynthia was there for the home inspection, following up on some repairs and did the final walk through before closing. If/when we sell the house, Cynthia will get the listing. I’m sure she would work just as hard for us as a seller. Like I said, she is simply the best!
