The market in Vancouver WA resulted in challenges that were addressed above and beyond by SA. I think I would have appreciated SA providing better ways to navigate the seller's personal situation and protect my interests however you cannot image all the issues that would arise. What should have happened did not so would put in better controls for myself. However I knew having SA represent both seller/ buyer offers limitation so Im okay with this process and will use SA services again
