I got a promotion and I had to immediately start my new role in North Carolina (360 miles away). Crystal quickly listed and staged the house. We got multiple offers within a few days after listing. She listed her pros and cons for each offer and we proceeded with the better offer. Upon offer acceptance, there was a few repairs that needed to be completed for the buyer's loan to close. Crystal immediately got multiple companies from all various fields of work (septic, well, plumbing, crawlspace, etc.) to come to the house and put together honest and fair estimates. With me being 360 miles away and not having much time available during the day with my new role, she made selling our home such a breeze. I am very thankful for all the work she did to stage the home, get those contractors setup, and finish all the repairs all on short notice (1 day before closing).
