Crystal was extremely helpful and responsive for a LONG period of time. Finding a house and solidifying a purchase in today's market is no easy task. No matter the obstacle, Crystal flew over them anytime and everytime they popped up.
It was truly remarkable how much care and concern she had for finding myself and my 3 daughters a home.

I highly recommend Crystal Clark as a seller's/buyer's agent. I have bought 2 houses through her and sold a house through her. She is attentive, patient, understanding, and a really hard worker. I had her running in circles quite a bit as I was trying to find the perfect house. She never once complained and was always super helpful and eager to show me anything I wanted to see. There were several times I would text her a house I wanted to look at and within minutes she had responded with a time to go look! She's a blessing and awesome to work with! I will miss her!
There are literally no more words in the English language to describe Crystal's work ethic and my appreciation for it. Some people give 110%, but Crystal gave us 1000%. My property was being sold halfway across the country and while I was working with an ex. I also had tenants in the property. I literally never needed to worry for even a moment about the sale of my house. She kept us informed and handled many things herself ... she even went out of her way a LOT to ensure my house closed. I miss her in Seattle greatly ... I need her here to help me buy a house here soon! I pity anybody who does not have Crystal as their agent. To say I recommend her is an understatement. Instead I will say that you NEED her help in the house buying/selling process.
