We are so grateful to have had Cristina as our realtor! She was there for us every step of the way and made buying our property such a positive experience. She truly listened to what we wanted, worked hard for us, and always made us feel like we were her priority. Cristina genuinely cares about her clients, and we felt that throughout the entire process. We highly recommend her!

Cristina Flores was an absolute dream to work with! Her knowledge of the market, patience, and genuine passion for helping me find the perfect home made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I felt confident at every step. Cristina is also bilingual, which is a huge benefit for anyone who feels more comfortable communicating in Spanish. She is not only professional and detail-oriented but also so warm and easy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will go above and beyond for you, I can’t recommend Cristina enough!

Sure! Here's the grammatically revised version: --- "Cristina helped me find a fantastic investment property. She is a dedicated agent with access to all the resources needed for a successful transaction, including connections with essential real estate professionals such as banks, appraisers, inspectors, and more. You can have peace of mind knowing she has your back. Cristina knows how to pick properties that cash flow and appraise in value over the years. She negotiated a great contract that saved me a lot of money."

Cristina was extremely knowledgeable and professional through the entire home buying process, which was invaluable to me considering I rescinded an offer after inspection found significant issues with the first house. She was always available for my questions and to get me in to see places quickly since the inventory in my price range was limited. I feel very lucky to have been paired up with Cristina and would recommend her to anyone.

If anyone I know ever needs a realtor I am going to be giving them Cristina’s contact info. She is not only an amazing person, but is extremely knowledgeable. It was my fiancé and mine first time buying a house so we had a lot of questions throughout the process, and she was patient with us and answered any questions we had. She helped us find the perfect home. An excellent example of her going above and beyond is that our loan company was trying to make us close early (not possible for us), or pay more money at closing than they had told us we would. She called them and stuck up for us, and they fixed their mistake. We did not know any better since it was our first time buying a house. I will never go to a different realtor.

she is excellent at what she does and is 100%. I will probably recommend it to my friends
