We kept searching from Seattle to Everett and found the perfect house that we knew we had to have. The sellers decided to shorten their offer window by 24 hours. Cristina was able to get an inspection done and stayed to watch while we had to be at work. She helped us get creative with a rent-back agreement with the seller, along with being real about when to inspect or what to waive to stay a strong offer.
