Craig was amazing to work with. Me and my partner appreciated how detail oriented and communicative he was. It’s clear that he prioritized the aspects that were important to us during our home search and closing process. Highly recommended Craig if you are starting your home search process!

My mother is a realtor in NC and she still recommended I use Craig for this process. Great experience all the way around.

Professional, excellent communication, knowledge of the real estate market on point.

Craig had my best interest in mind throughout the process.

Craig was so great to work with!!! We needed an aggressive realtor to get top dollar for us and he did just that in a very quick amount of time!!!! He is definitely our family realtor for future needs!!!!!

Craig was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the current market conditions and advised us accordingly, but also took our viewpoint into consideration. We decided to go with Craig because he was more accommodating of how we wanted to approach the sale of our property versus focusing on just the metrics, and this definitely resulted in a win-win for both of us! We highly recommend Craig for your next real estate sale or purchase.

This is the second time we have utilized Craig’s expertise. There would be no one else we would have trusted more to work with. Being states away, Craig listened to what we were looking for, provided us more that what we imagined was out there as to options. We thought his expertise was great selling our home before the relocation, but was even more impressed working with him remotely. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough. Craig removed so much stress off of us by doing the leg work. His communication was outstanding and attention to our needs was impeccable. Even after we decided on a home Craig went above and beyond assisting us in so many ways. Helping us coordinate movers, conducting preliminary walk through on our new home to ensure everything met our expectations. Even after the sale ensuring all was exactly what we wanted and expected. I just can’t say enough about his professionalism and caring for his clients. Thank you Craig again.

Craig helped us through a difficult scenario in our real estate closing. We started the process in the Spring and had a buyer pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the sale of our buyers home fell through and they ultimately were unable to purchase our home. Once the first deal fell through, Craig worked quickly to get us back on the market and as a result we had a new buyer the next day. Prior to all this happening, Craig had professional photographs taken of our home, so it truly shined during the listing process.

Very patient & helpful
