The 10 rating is based upon all of your employees/agents/owners, being precisely like Courtney Farrell, she was absolutely wonderful.
From our initial handshake, throughout the tour, the multitude of exchanges of her being the "go between", until the keys were exchanged, her demeanor, professionalism as well as personability never wavered. If she said she would do something, she did and always in a timely fashion. As I said to my Sister immediately after the initial showing, "Well, if I fall in love with the area and chose to buy, I already found my real estate agent."
